Multi device audio interface (now that Gadget is running on tablet+phone!)
Still waiting for multi channel midi in the next Gadget update, but now that Gadget is Universal, the next-best solution to having two musicians play Gadget at the same time is to run it on my iPad and my iPhone.
Now... How best to run the audio? I have NI Komplete Audio 6 connected to my iPad via powered usb hub. Is there a way to hook the iPhone up to the hub as a slave device and hear the digital audio through my interface?

I don't see any way to do digital audio, as far as I know the iconnectaudio4+ is the only interface that does digital audio and midi passing between ithings. Doesn't work to use a USB sync cable and CCK to connect one ithing to another.
But you could certainly run the audio from the phone into 2 of the analog inputs with a cable like this:
guitarcenter.com/Live-Wire/1-8-TRS-Dual-1-4-Y-Cable-10-ft-1274034477725.gc
Then can use either the interface hardware monitoring (better, no second, unnecessary A/D -D/A conversion) to hear it, or use audiobus to mix it with the ipad.
More in general the iConnectivity rnge from iConnectMIDI2+ is AudioThru enabled(great little box th icm2+ for what it costs)
