oh my bad! I was looking for an already existing thread about scriptSONIC but didn't find this one.
BUMPING this thread because I haven't seen one thing mentioned about this awesome looking app.

It is not only awesome looking. It can do awesome things as soon as you get a grab on js scripting. I already created a cicle of fourths surfer, a step sequenced drum machine with internal samples and I'm planning a auto midi mapper
I code, and I make music. The thought of combining the two is not remotely enticing. But then I never considered coding to be a hobby, and never did it for fun.
Kind of looks like a way to waste a lot of time doing something you could do through a GUI.
IMOP I get the feeling you could do a lot of algorithmic type music with this, which in my mind would be hard to do via a gui. Similar to Bitwiz without the crush and chip sound (though I'm sure you could do that).
