Playing Animoog over iSpark or Elastic Drums SOLVED

If I play Animoog while iSpark or Elastic Drums are playing in the background, the sound breaks up and crackles really bad.
I've made sure no midi is communicating.
Anyone else finding this?

After restarting my iPad for the third time, it just worked. No idea why
