Looking for an iOS photo app that was talked about not long ago, there was a demo vid and....
and it was supposed to come out soon, basically you took a photo and then it let you manipulate the photo with your finger, like touch an eye and drag and the eye got wider etc... stuff like that
does anybody remember the name of the app and if it ever came out?

one that I got recommend from here Is Enlight. not sure if it's that one but yiu can manipulate photos with it.
I'm not sure if that's the one, gonna check it out though
Photoshop fix, and a lot of those free apps does this under the liquify settings. You choose face and it slows you to manipulate all the facial features. If you don't have an account it's free to make one. You get about two gigs of cloud space.
Leonardo https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/leonardo-photo-editor-layer/id656090065?mt=8
Pixelmator https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/pixelmator/id924695435?mt=8
Might not be the app you mean but both allow image manipulation. I prefer Leonardo.
I don't think this is it, the initial promo of the app was just a pic of a girl I think, and then the person doing the demo just started touching the pic with a finger tip moving the face around etc..
also it was announced fairly recently like within the last 6 months I think but I'm not sure if it came out yet. At the time that they put the promo video out it was not released yet.
it's whole sales pitch was about how easy it is compared to other apps, just touch and go kind of thing
oh hey guys I found it...... thanks for your help though and if interested here it is.
they appear to not have a very good rating, will have to check out some reviews, btw if you guys know of another app just like this but better please let us know and thanks.
wow they got some pretty bad reviews and for reasonable reasons, think I'm gonna steer clear of this app.
It's free. Might as well take it for a spin and make up your own mind.
yep it's not the worst, don't understand the watermark biz though
I guess if you pay an IAP the watermark goes away
I have dozens of photo apps and my favorite by far is iColorama. http://apple.co/1Q30xZx It currently costs $2.99 but a few weeks ago was 99 cents and it has often been free. It is a pro level app but you can use it simply for one-click presets or you can get very deep into this app.
The developer is constantly upgrading it and she is regularly offering new features for free. In fact, if there are any in-app purchases, I'm not aware of them because I bought it so long ago. Whenever I check it, it just has more stuff.
iColorama has a sizeable community of users on the various social media platforms, the biggest being its FB group at .https://www.facebook.com/groups/icolorama which shows what's possible.
Manipulating photos with your finger is "Warp," which can be found under the "Form" menu.
I am a big simple Snapseed user, but have been persuaded by iColorama also. Gets a lot of play.
Not sure if any of you are interested, or if this is not anything new, but all of the Adobe Photoshop apps are free. You make an account and you have an entire suite of editing tools. 9 apps in total I believe if you download each one. I use photoshop on my pc and Mac so it's great with the creative cloud.
@kobamoto in Photoshop fix liquify has the facial touch sliders like you said you wanted plus a whole other rack of effects to use. Seriously it's hilarious to make people's eyes big and wide, or tiny and shrunken in. Perfect for funny memes.
I used to use Photoshop on my Windows laptop a lot, but had a catastrophic crash about a month ago and have only just got a replacement. In the meantime, I needed a photo editor on my iPad Pro, looked at and tried a few, but the one that did everything that I needed (and very nicely too) was Pixelmator.
@PhilW I meant the Photoshop apps for iOS. They would be great with an iPad pro. I use them on my iPad mini4 and The big iPad 4th generation. It is cool and requires no integration between your PC or Mac. I just integrate with it because it's cool. I can stream all my stuff to the Photoshop cc and tons of other cool stuff. I don't even use the cloud storage you get when you pay 9.99 a month. I just use the iOS and Mac file sharing. So if one were to just want it for the iPad pro you would not require payment, or external installations on a Mac or PC. I have been trying to convince one of my family members to get an iPad pro for art work. The screen is so crisp and wide.
i think icolorama is really cool, but man, it's big.
Yes I knew what you are saying, and I am sure the various Photoshop apps are great, but I didn't want to have to switch between apps to achieve the typical edits that I do. I was just putting in a good word for Pixelmator which provided all the tools I needed in one app, and with an easy to use interface. And as I use Windows for desktop work, maybe the file integration isn't as good, I tend to use Dropbox to get files to and fro. But each to their own! And yes, the Pro is a joy to use!
thanks guys will check all of those out, and Bianca I don't think there is an iap for removing the watermark at least I couldn't find it, maybe that is why the people gave those reviews i dunno, I will look again since you mentioned it.
