  • I'm thinking drum synth...keeps fingers crossed

  • I always like me some good icegear synth. They are so fun to program :)

  • Thanks for that post ! Icegear makes wonderful stuff !

  • It took only a week for Lorentz to arrive after the first pic tweet tease.

  • I think we can expect quality stuff as usual from IceGear.

  • I'm just hoping it will support iphone this time around. This developer did a great job with Cassini for the iphone! :-)

dont think so ... i can see keys ... top right of frame

  • SUSTAIN Hardness - I googled that to figure out what type synth this could be, hahaha, I should have known better.

Haha. Yeah, it's a good idea just to start with your mind in the gutter as a default position. Avoids surprises.

Does look like a synth, based on keys, octave, and other parameters.

  • That's great news.

Xenon had a great drum set.

I wish they would update Xenon actually as well with more advanced sequencer.

I use Lorenzt and Laplace in tandem quite a bit. Nice contrast of Analogue vs . Resonance

I must say, Argon is cool as hell.

But, due to its combersome 6 page interface Cassini doesn't have much use for me these days.

Yeah Attack does too. Just means you get tuned percussion, like how I'd want a drum synth to operate :)

I hope it’s a speech synthesiser — a lyric to backing vocals synthesiser.

  • Looking forward to this. IceGear makes great apps. I've used Cassini for awhile now, but downloaded Argon only last week. That one provides a ridiculous (the good kind) amount of control in such a little package.

  • I really like Xenon a lot. Only got it recently. Really the only thing I wish is that it could go to slightly finer grid resolutions in its piano roll.

cassini is too many controls all over the place for me, laplace is too limited, so I skipped lorentz. Some things about all of his UIs I don't like, but I'll be checking this one out anyway and hovering over the buy button. I'm counting on improvements.

I do agree about Cassini but I appreciate the Laplace and Lorentz UI's. Esp. Laplace as I consider that the ultimate "a little goes a long way" synth on iOS, meaning most slight parameter tweaks have major impact (I'm also a sucker for string synthesis so take my word for a grain of salt).

  • Agree Cassini is a bit of a beast, but Laplace and Lorentz are just great synths. Juno 6/60/106s of the iOS world. Limited but so capable :)

  • Sunsine offers a great double pack of presets for Cassini. Since downloading those, I use the app far more often.
Its interface is rather cumbersome for programming.
