£35 Dawsons music shop credit ...
... What would you buy ?
£35 doesn't buy you much really ... Maybe save and put towards Korg nanokontrol ? What else ?
Comments
They have the small akai controllers on sale for £34 + delivery on their website
LPK25, LPD8
I'd probably put it towards something else personally as I am overloaded with controllers tbh
I actually had the lpk25 but the mini usb port literally "fell out" !! After very little use truth be told.
I have a couple of controllers but think the nano key studio control may bring something new to the mix ... Being wireless and having the kosilstor pad!??
My LPK is still going strong after a year of irregular use, but it is permanently connected to the HUB so i am not plugging and unplugging all the time.. I do use the arpeggiator in it quite a bit, but miss a MOD and PB wheel and the keys are a little 'springy' but it works fine. and at £35 I don't think anything else will give the same functionality for the price.
The NanoKontrol Studio looks good, and no wires so no battery drain even without USB hub, I think the jury is still out on latency with the BT though, at least i've not heard anything either way as whether it is good or bad. I am certainly keeping my eyes on it waiting to see what folks say once it is out.
Depending on how long you want to save for, the Novation Circuit is getting some great feedback elsewhere on the forum, but it is £250.
If I were saving it would go something like,
Aim for a Circuit,
get £100 saved, then have a dilemma as to whether to by a volca or carry on saving.
If I carried on saving then I'd have same dilemma when i got to £150 - Buy the NanoKontrol or not
Sorry I'm not helping much here am I
I'd get the new Yamaha bluetooth midi adaptor MD-BT01. £35 should cover it nicely!

Double post
I would buy replacement foam ear pads for Sennheiser 350 pro hd headphones and a right angled headphone adapter jack. The party never ends with Audiogus.
Well, what was got?
I've got the Samson Go Mic, it's quite good
d
nothing yet ... i phoned them to ask if they'd do a price match on a DP 008 EX... they said no
Not worth it, it can only record two channels at a time.
