Audiobus iPhone 5 landscape mode bug...

When I am using Audiobus in landscape mode I have noticed a bug. When I open an app whilst i have my iphone in lanscape mode and I switch back from that app to the Audiobus control panel it is in portrait mode and it swivels round to landscape mode every time ??!!

Is this behaviour intended or is it a bug or can I turn if off somewhere ?
