Sample rate 48Khz and screen capturing
Hey everybody, recently I've got problems capturing video of music apps via QuickTime for Mac.
You know, when you connect iPad to Mac via USB cable and launch quicktime you can capture video and audio. But the problem is that QuickTime is switching iPad into 48Khz sample rate (while sample rate of non-connected to quicktime device is 44100). I found that not all the apps are working with 48Khz sample rate - it either stops the audio, crashing or clicking.
For example - I'm inserting Patterning into AUM channel as IAA sound source while connected to quicktime with 48k - Patterning crashing. Doing same thing with iMaschine works totally fine.
Does anybody know workaround for that?

It often helps reloading the apps. You can set AUM to 48kHz from the start, then you get rid of the switching of sample rates. (Apps still need to be able to handle running in 48k though, but I think most does!)
OK, I'll try setting up AUM to 48 first. thanks!
