I've just started a new project combining Fleksi looping with a kick ass drummer/percussionist and a trumpet player/vocalist. This means that I'm spending most of my time thinking of how to integrate the machine with the humans and vice versa ;)

Hmmm. Looking forward to hearing what you do here.

Same. Will you be sampling either of the other two live musicians?

Not live, at this stage only prerecord and trigger via Samplr. Here's a teaser

  • @supadom nice, looks like it's going to be a fun project!

  • @syrupcore I see you mentioned wanting to keep Loopy's MIDI bindings sorted for your live looping. Did you think about purchasing the second version of Loopy to set up as a sampler? Both Loopy HD and Loopy are universal.

I was thinking about this just today. On my wish list there would be a few slots, a big red rec button, midi learn (for that button). Possibly brackets for instant trimming of the loop start/end

Triggler is a cool little app that is dirt cheap.

He also due for IPad upgrade version.

Also I like to use for quick record Twisted or Audioshare if in Audiobus.

Outside Audiobus I use the Wooji recording apps.

WOOJI apps have amazing noise removal and are qualitty.

  • Scratch Disc is dead simple and fun to use - don't know if it meets your MIDI requirements, though ...
