Studiomux server bloody iTunes

After updating iTunes the studiomux server stops working and won't reinstall saying it used to need a previous version of iTunes but now must use current, which it is. I have been here before but can't remember how I fixed it last time. Pc running Windows 10 iPad Air 1. Any ideas much appreciated as at the moment having to system restore to use iPad with Studiomux and then update iTunes to put music on iPad then system restore to use with studiomux again. Putting me off getting modstep which I like the look of.

    Removing all components and folders associated with itunes and reinstall it, I guess. My third hand laptop is mostly wrecked since updating to win10, can't activate etc., running some previous version of itunes for ifunbox, no luck w/ studiomux here. MusicIO as rescue, enjoying modstep nevertheless, good luck (;

  • Apple released a special version of iTunes like a year ago named 'iTunes for older Graphic cards' which is 32 bit regardless of the System used - However we require the real 64bit version of itunes for studiomux on 64bit Systems.
    Make sure to download the standard iTunes for Windows from here:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
    The installer name ends on 6464.exe - that's the sign that it's the right one.

  • Ok thanks guys seems to have worked with the complete uninstall of all iTunes components and then install of the latest version of iTunes.
