What is the best sequencer for sending Program Change cc?

I want to be able to send sequences of program changes to my Novation Circuit using an iOS sequencer. So far I have tried...

Modstep
Cubasis
Auria Pro
Genome

All of which seem fine for drawing big curves for things like filter sweeps (wee!) but really do not let me easily say 'at this step send 64', 'at this step send 91', 'at this other step send 82'.

Are there any apps where one can quickly sequence Program Change cc values quickly along a timeline? I would like to be able to send several per bar and sequencing many bars in a row. My attempts at the aforementioned apps were super painful to try and do this.

    I am almost wondering if something like Midiflow could convert a specifc note to a specific program change cc? Haven't had much luck generaly with the old midiflow though.

    er. i'm not 100% sure but i think midisteps can achieve this. someone else that isnt a noob at it like me will need to confirm this though.

    Doh, it does everying awesome, but no 'program change' cc... I have asked the Midisteps dev about maybe adding it over in the Circuit thread though. Thanks again!

    Upcoming Modstep version can send program change per clip. I don't think this was on the older version.
