Best workaround for making my MIDI keyboard transmit on all 16 channels, rather than just one?
I use an old MIDI keyboard (DIN) plugged into an iConnect (or sometimes a Griffin StudioConnect), and I am trying to figure out how to make it so my keyboard, which only transmits on one channel (let's say channel 1), can transmit that same data on all 16 channels instead.
I am hoping to use the Roland Sound Canvas for iOS app for multi-timbral layers, but the only way I can play more than one part at a time is to transmit MIDI data on multiple channels - it's not possible to simply make each part respond to channel 1 like I can on the Korg iM1 app (or the hardware sound canvas, for that matter).
I'm having a hard time figuring out if this is something that the iConnect's MIDI routing utility can do, but so far it doesn't look good.
Are there apps that can do this? Most apps seem to have very detailed descriptions of their audio capabilities, but vague descriptions of their MIDI capabilities. Even after going through the manual of MIDIBridge, I still can't figure out if it can do what I'm trying to do.

MidiFlow could do this I think. You'd set an input from your midi keyboard and the output to Sound Canvas. Then you'd add a filter in the middle and scroll down to the bottom to "Remap channel to" and set the channel to 1. Then hit "Duplicate routing" at the bottom and map the new channel to 2, and so on for as many channels as you need. You can also set "Restrict notes to range" for each channel so that you can split the keyboard regions to play on different channels. I'm not at home so I can't test. Others probably have better ways of explaining, or of doing it.

In the stream byter add the following
map all events on channel 1 to channel 3
X0 = X1 # map channel 1 to channel 2
X1 = X2 # map channel 2 to channel 3
Etc etc
of course the above is the same as X0 = X2
