Thumbjam UserBank programm change with / irig blueboard / midiflow
Did have someone try to switch the sounds of TJ with programm changes maybe with an irig blueboard?
Try to become help several times from ik but, last answer was a link to the usermanuel....
Another problem is that the blueboard app is very limited and cant change the buttons from switch to toggle....okay.
Bought midiflow to change the controller mapping from on/off the controller send the same cc value now: fine :-)
In the description of TJ about Programm changes is written:
Program Changes:
Accept Bank Select MSB (CC0) and Program Change messages to load instruments or scales. The following conventions are followed, and apply to the instrument based on the channel number of the event:
Bank MSB 00 - Program changes after receiving a bank select MSB (CC0) of 0 will load the Default preset instrument with the given index, as displayed in the Instrument Preset list’s Default section.
Bank MSB 01 - Program changes after receiving a bank select MSB (CC0) of 1 will load the User presets instruments with the given index, as displayed in the Instrument Preset list’s User section.
Bank MSB 02 - Program changes after receiving a bank select MSB (CC0) of 2 will change the selected slot in the Quick Key/Scale set (as shown when pressing the #/b button in the sidebar).
How can i change this with midiflow?
Or is this possible just with the irig blueboard app?
Maybe i miss the point....?....
In the irig app i have cc mode on
Allow bank change on
Send pc in cc mode on
With this and a long press on A
the instrument of the default section switch up,
long press B instrument switch with Programm change down...fine.
But how can i change this to the user/scale section?

You just need to send a CC0 of value of 1 (for user) or 2 (for quick switch scale/key). Then any PCs after that will control those respective items. You don't have to send the CC0 all the time just when you want to switch "modes".
