Anyone here experienced with the Konig and Meyer 19742 iPad holder?
I've been looking for a way to set the iPad at eye level for a while and seems like the best option with a mic stand but there seem to be two types; one that clamps to the stand and another that screws on, is this correct or does it clamp and screw?
Also could a desktop mic stand securely hold the holder securely without toppling over? Any alternatives worth looking at?
Thanks!

identical holders, one with a clamp, the other without.
the latter is that with the clamp. but you can use it without as well if you like that better.
i favour the 19740.
Aha, i was getting the same model number for both which was confusing! What do you mean when you say without the clamp and why do you favour that one? Thanks!
both models are identical. my favourite is the one with clamp because i can diconnect the clamp and use it without and in the same time use the clamp for other purpose.
when i use it with the clamp i can connect it to the mic stand wherever i want and don' t need to fix it on top of the stand.
Ok bear with me. So if i follow you can detach the clamp part and just use the holder on it's own but how are you using the holder if it's not attached to anything? Trying to envision the benefit.
I get the other part about clamping to anything though, i could use it with a keyboard stand so i'll have to think if it's worth the extra for the flexibility.
attach the holder itself to the mic stand
Aha, so you can screw and clamp the 19740, that's what i was thinking and could sway it. It's not clear that one only screws and the other screws and clamps, even in the manual.
Cheers!
