  • Sorry, Dude.

My heart goes out to you but, to quote Blackadder, I'm as poor as a church mouse, that's just had an enormous tax bill on the very day his wife ran off with another mouse, taking all the cheese.

    I wish you luck.

  • How it happened? What you've made they blocked you?

  • I'm not in a position to help either....I've been unemployed for 2.5 years now and all my money has been going into a startup business. If I was in you position, I would make sure Apple absolutely hates me before giving up. If that doesn't work, you might be better off specifying the apps you lost, that you want replaced, and ask if people can gift them to you.

  • I couldn't follow the story. Did you ask for a refund from Apple or from your credit card issuer?

I could see them bringing the hammer down on you for you pegging them through the credit card issuer, but I'm not following why they'd be so annoying from their side.

I find it hard to believe they can't do anything about it. Be persistent. Bring proof. Explain the entire situation. Keep asking to speak to a persons supervisor if that person can't help you. Good luck

  • I'm poor as hell, but since I'm also a sucker for a good story, I'll send you a dollar if you can tell us your story and it doesn't sound like you got the ban hammer because you deserved it. Not saying you did anything wrong or didn't. The original post is light on details and spent more time asking for strangers money than making your case. Here's your chance.

So, I have to believe you reversed the charges at your bank then, correct?

Since it was a debit card?

Or did you use Apple's refund system first?

The other thing is, you've joined this forum in February, and have only had 12 official logins since then.

Your situation may not be your fault, but if it isn't, then it truly is up to Apple to fix it.

If what happened to you was unjustified, tell the whole story as clearly as possible, and we can make a loud noise about it here.

I don't think this donation thing is the way to go.

  • Were you're apps backed up to iTunes on a computer? If so I think you can probably restore them.

Why did Apple disable your ID?

  • Backed apps are signed woth your apple id, so you cant install when using different account, for what i know
Would you donate me for moog sub37?

    Lol!

  • As with the other topic where all this buzz (pun intended) began, here is the important question:

    @1nsomniak said:

  • I don't really understand. I had a situation once where payment could not happen on a certain card. Apple stopped me from buying anything on that account until payment was made. After payment was made, all was well again.

Apple do not just take away an account permanently for reason of non payment - they only temporarily lock an account. They do allow adding further payment options to make sure payment is forthcoming.

The fact that you are giving up and asking for others to give you credit, makes me very suspicious.

  • Did you try logging into the apple id site and fixing it there?

    https://appleid.apple.com/

Surely, this is a simple scam?

I'm being super generous with this one..

The only thing I believe could cause such a response from Apple is if the user had multi-factor authentication on and lost control of a couple of the factors.

I tried to search for valid reasons Apple would disable your id, and couldn't find anything, so it can't be something Apple does very often.

There is no way we are getting the complete story.

Either that or the OP doesn't understand how to navigate his options for fixing it.

His other comments since February are on point, so I do want to give him a chance to explain this situation better.

  • i heard of the story when one guy move from one country to another, and he changed itunes to that country too, then he lost all app he purchased in original region.. then after mail bombs Apple transferred his app from one Country store to another

i still do want sub37, please

  • Sounds like a scam.
