As the mountain won't come to this particular Mohammed and as so many of you mountaineers find the Amazing Noises apps amazing (and, after all, they just went to all this work) perhaps this weekend is the time for me to finally crack their UI...

how? by using serial number generator... oh, dear cracker!

Wish it were that easy, I fear instead I am going to have to find a pound of patience somewhere...

    That is right attitude!
Did you see lala wearing sunglasses! He must be a K-Paxian. A sign of M15 energy spending!

    It's pretty simple ... ;)
All about the sound is the menue in the middle, everything else is in the other menu
Double tab parameters to assign extra stuff

As I bite the children and beat the dog I will try to keep your encouragement in mind... :)

If the word "random" holds any appeal for you, these apps are a treasure trove. You don't have to understand the UI overmuch. Just double tap things and apply LFO ranges to various parameters and succumb to the benevolent reign of sweet random madness :sunglasses:

yikes, when i add dubfilter to an fx slot in AUM it makes AUM very very sad for a long time

Ah...this happens to me with the Gliderverb update too. Odd that not everyone has this issue.

    odd. working fine here.
    did you restart your device?
hold the home and sleep button for 10 sec and wait for reboot
    is it still acting up?
if so tell me please about your configurations and setup and what exactly is going on.

Sorry, missed your post. It did still happen after restarts & reboots (on both iPad Pro 12.9" & Mini 4, running Gliderverb as an effect in AUM with a buffer of 1024 frames). On my iPhone 4S, in the same configuration, it was fine.

However, I do think yesterday's update has fixed it!

+1 no need for deep understanding, in fact maybe a truly deep understanding would take away the mystique ;)

  • Agreed on serendipity with this one. Also thanks to the dev for a cool update.
