I wish I hadn't

I miss things, Korg X50, I loved that thing it learnt so much through using that machine.
The thing I miss the most is my BassStation
I have pc, and had hardware version. But only using iOS at the moment

  • I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. Try not to focus on the negatives here- think of the truly amazing things that you have on your iOS that hardware wouldn't even get close to- what price a hardware version of Sector? for example. I am in the opposite camp- I am not going back (apart from a few nibbles.)- Several times now I have purchased then resold then purchased again and resold older pieces of equipment:- it's never the same- and it's not as good. I certainly don't miss that pile of cables, connectors and all the rest of it,- nor do I miss buying a new piece- only to find that some assorted bugs have made their home within- and the makers are remaining aloof. At least if you buy a new app that doesn't work out- it's only cost the price of an alarm clock. With your iPad it's the easiest thing in the world to pop it in your bag and take it on holiday- or anywhere (a thing of dreams a few years ago)..... You can also take a break and quickly be having a game of pool with someone on the other side of the world......... better hope it's not me..... you'll lose your chips :p
