efficient triq traq and patterning kit construction?

i am looking at creating kits for triq traq and patterning... after a while i figured out how to get the job done but my way takes forever.

anyone got time saving tips for making kits? maybe doing all the work on a pc and copying complete kits to the right place with itunes?
