Pretty Cool.
Do you have the full version?
Yes full version
That's cool. I'm really intrigued by this app. Probably the most intrigued I've been about any app recently. I noticed your output is 720p. Is that what your source was? Do you set the output resolution on export? Or, when you set up the session?
And, have you tried any higher res video images as source and output... like 4k maybe?
I just used the default settings in regards to video output. I was not aware you could set the video output.
That's what I'm trying to figure out. I've messaged the dev asking this and he's basically kind of vague and says it should work with any resolution. I don't have the full version so I'm not sure how or if you can define the image resolution for output or session resolution.
I guess the best thing would be to record the via out through a hdmi adapter into a desktop/laptop for the best control over quality.
My guess and speculation would be that it supports any resolution iOS and your device supports, which is up to 4k now on the latest devices. I'd assume that it records whatever the resolution is of the source you've fed it. But if you have imported in some low-res gif anims, a couple standard res videos, and a handful of 720p, 1080p, and 4k... will it automatically output/save/export the highest res source you've imported?
It's not that important though. I'm mostly just curious and fascinated with a combo image/anim/video/fx/audio launcher mixer thingy. I'm surprised there's not more enthusiasm about this one. It's a little pricey for a non-live performing user like myself, but look what it's capable of. Seems like live bands and live performers would be all over this thing.
Very nice! Is there an owners manual for this ?
This is what the dev sent me. Not hard details, but enough to get you going.
