Awesome customer service from Sunsine!
Just wanted to pass on a nice gesture from the dev at Sunsine (Sorry dude - your name flew out of my head that fast!). I emailed him about the probs I was having with getting his presets into Addictive Synth. Turns out the recent upgrades to AS have more or less killed the ability to load 3rd party presets.
Not only did he refund the money for the package, but gave m a to apologize for the mixup! That is taking customer service over the top for sure. Big hats off and kudos to Sunsine!
I did mention to him that, via IFunBox (on PC) i was able to see that all the existing "preset folders" contained nothing but .fxp files. So there may be the remote possibility that taking presets out of the .bnk package, and that gives you the individual .fxp files which SHOULD go right into the "Others" folder.
With iFunbox I created a new folder in Presets - but AS wouldn't see it... it appears VirSyn has gone out of their way to not allow 3rd party presets to be loaded into the app.
