MIDI to score/sheet music app for iPhone?

What does Audiobus forum recommend for this? I can't read sheet music and was hoping this was a thing.

  • So maybe u need a score to midi app, right?

  • I need midi to score. So I can write something in midi and then make it into a score so other people can read it

  • you can import midi files into Notion

  • Symphony for iPhone will do this as well...and the iPad version which is called Symphony Pro, I think.

Symphony used to be quite unreliable with midi files though , but I have not tested with the latest version they may have fixed it

it worked for me last year...don't recall when exactly or what version; I don't even have it loaded anymore, but I'm gonna reload it and try a midi import and see what happens.

  • I'll check that out.

  • @nick -- Yep, I was able to import a 4-part midi file and it displayed the score. It looked good, but I have not verified how accurate it is.

that's good. if I remember right, the main problem in the past was that the import itself i.e. getting the file to show up did not work reliably.
