Jam Maestro Update Coming
Email response from Dev. This is gonna be awesome. Yeah, and Dave Buddemeyers in on it. Busy guy.
Hey Morris,
Good to hear from you again.
The design process updating the graphics has taken longer than I had planned but the hardest part is out of the way now. Hope to have everything finished in about 3 weeks ish. Because the design part took so long its given me time to implement lots of features I had planned for later versions though, which is good.
New features:
- Audiobus support
- Audio copy support
- Export to wav/m4a
- Dropbox support
- Stereo panning
- Effects: Delay, Reverb, EQ
- IAP Effects: Chorus, Flanger, Vibrato, Tremolo
- Pitch bend/slide
- String muting whilst playing ability
- New 'Rock' drum kit sound (courtesy of Derek Buddemeyer)
- IAP Soundpacks: at least 3 new guitar soundpacks, at least 1 new bass soundpack
- All new graphics
- Plus lots of other various fixes, increased sample lengths, improved mixing algorithms, etc.
So yeah, nice to know at least one person is waiting for it! Been a lot of work.
I'm a regular lurker on the audiob.us forums, but i'll actually sign up and make an announcement when its already. Feel free to share in the mean time though if you wish.
Cheers,
David

Update to the update from Dev.
One final thing I forgot to share - there will also be a new free version of Jam Maestro (the main thing I have been working towards), which will have a lot of features but limited in some of its functionality. It will however have audiobus support out the box for live play (by this I mean sounds the user plays live, rather than sounds generated from the sequencer playback), so should be a a valuable tool for any AB user.
The Full version will have no limitations of course with full sequencer AB support.
Wow...that's quite an upgrade! Looking forward to that!
