@jakoB_haQ D Jakob ! D...M2 ! (in the tittle). Good review as always, thanx
@ChiffonDoux Aw man I should have doubled checked before posting. Thanks, I fixed it now!
nice video (as always), almost got me .. soooo close
actually the first time I Iiked the sounds I was hearing from one of the sources
@cabo Thanks! ...I'm curious though. What made you away your finger from the purchase button?
I haven't bought it yet either. Like the video though. I think I'm looking for a fresh new interface for my next drum synth app. Also I already have elastic, gadget Tokyo, iElectribe, and impaktor as well as dm1, imaschine, patterning.
Was thinking about iSpark with the future synth update but it's now $28can, so.....I'm on a couple fences now.
I think the familiar look is probably keeping some folks lukewarm on this, who may be getting used to groundbreaking new UIs. I like it though. Drums are not something I spend a ton of time finessing, as things seem to go better when I go with my gut. I never seem to have enough time in Elastic or Seekbeats to get comfortable in their interface, and DM2 is second nature by comparison, and with their extremely easy to use sound builder screen I think this will be getting much use here. Now I just want it on my phone, like DM1 managed to do.
Another great video @jakoB_haQ which would make me buy DM2 on the spot had I not jumped on it 'pon release.
Bra video med en stor lärare - x
This or Elastic drums?
@Telstar5 They are two goodsounding Drums with Different range of sounds so both If you can afford...I like your face Jakob when you catch a good presets or sound. It was very funny in your IDS10 video You always Share your enthusiasm brillantly.
I am liking this one; it plays well with others ( I am a big fan of the Sly Stone trick of stacking drum machines on top of one another)
Does DM2 allow you to automate it's synth parameters?
Looks not
there are only a record button in the pad section...
But recording of the movements x/y, include smooth quantisation of this "loop" have to become STANDARD!
It is the logical next step of the x/y movements which we iOS musicians love sooo much.
I don't have it, so you're saying it records x/y movements?
No, i say its not possible cause you dont have a record button/option....
But, maybe the dev could verify it
oh ok gotcha... that's too bad, oh well
