Video, Moodscaper Demo with AUM, Blocs Wave and Soundscaper

Here is a demo of the Moodscaper App by Rob Jackson.
Moodscaper is a very cool app that will generate cool chillout music all by itself, but the really great thing about Moodscaper is you can actually play it and it supports Inter-App Audio.

In this demo I have Moodscaper playing inside AUM and also have Blocs Wave running and Soundscaper.

I really like Moodscaper when you use it with things like this and other effects you really can create some very nice pieces of music.
And in case you were wondering if its OK to use the music that Moodscaper makes, then the answer is YES you can, all Rob asks is that you mention that Moodscaper was used in the making of the track.

Comments

  • Excellent stuff Doug. A Very chill out modern Pink Floyie alternative type of music.

  • Yes, and an inspiring combination of apps!

  • Sounds great. i didn't rank Moodscaper much originally, but I'm giving it another thought. (We'll see what happens on Memorial Day!)
I would also love to know what's going on under the hood — AUM is kind of a magical mystery to me. This is more of a live jam, but how do you fly this into, say, Cubasis easily?

Also, best part of the video is the exasperated hand gesture at 7:08. Oh, yes, I know that.
