  • Excellent, @gonekrazy3000. Thanks a million for that.

Certainly makes Auxy a lot more useful.

    You're welcome :)

  • So how do I get a midi loop into one of the "pads"

Not sure what you mean. If your question is to get it looping in modstep just disable the segment's bars that have no midi data. So for a 2 bar midi clip disable the remaining 14 bars.

  • This is awesome. All part of the assimilation of knowledge! I could watch your videos endlessly. Do you have one of these for Gadget?

got a bit sidetracked last couple weeks but i will be making a modstep controlling multiple IAA or gadget synths eventually. a video might be posted that is just me messing around with appregiators and whatnot to make midi data to feed into other synths all from a chord progression i make in suggester. not sure when that will be uploaded though. and not sure if anyone will want to see me just faffing about lol.

Thanks Mister. I am still holding off on Modstep (I have it, I have it, I'm the suburban man staring at the unused pool beyond his window is all) but the idea of bringing in an Auxy pattern feels like it might be a good way to get my shorts wet (nurse).

  • Finally caved and bought Modstep. Was a bit miffed to find that I couldn't 'Open-In' midi from elsewhere. Fortunately I spotted this video and found I could do this via Audioshare Import. Good stuff thanks.

  • I exported a midi file from Auria into Audioshare and would now like to load it into Modstep. How do I get that 'import into app" message in AS that I see in this vid?

  • Click on the file button top right of modstep. Then bottom right you'll see an as import button. That will take you to audioshare with that button.
