best app to send iphone audio out to audiobus as input?

my searches for the last hour hasn't turned up much... do any of you know an app that can take my iphone music (custom spotify local music on my device and mp3's playing via Music app) and send them into audiobus? I just spotted the fun mixlr and thought audio bus would see my device audio output rather than just my mic. did i just waste 5 bucks? i see there is an app called amplifind but that's no where near the audio quality/latency to even be a solution.

I'll reword this as I may be making no sense... my mp3's on my device (not cloud but in memory) that i play through Spotify or Music, how do I get those into Audiobus so I can use this eventually out to mixlr?

Thanks ya'll! Pc/android producer turned Mac producer this past week.

  • Mp3's you could use DjDj. It's a dj player that works as an audiobus insert. Spotify however. Not sure what you can use. Djay 2 or Djay pro have Spotify integration for paid subs but I'm not sure if they work in audiobus and don't own either app to test.

  • so i grabbed the amplifind but have had it crash twice while live... now i'm trying from my comp via digital AB cables and it's going pretty well. wonder if audiobus can't use the sound output from the headphone jack for legal reasons? kinda odd.
