MIDI knobs
I'm looking for an app the is just MIDI knobs to control effects. If like to use the (knobs) app on my iPad or iPhone controlling my other iPad over network MIDI.

Maybe Midi Designer Pro. You build your own controller interface. Drag and drop faders or knobs etc onto a grid and map them. There's a lite version I think too for free to try it.
TB MIdi Stuff is good. It runs on iPhone and iPad, and it comes with enough templates that you do have to be too technical to use it.

It' scales up ok on the iPad. You need the IAP to enable multiple buttons, but I think the basic app is free still.
