Nevermind. I bought it anyway.
what is your impression compared to other reverb apps on iOS?
Erm. I'm really no expert.
However I'd say it sounds much more like the 'audio reverb' app than Zero Reverb.
It sounds very 'big' and spacey on a lot of presets.
I have only tried on my iPhone 6 so far (feeding Animoog into AUM) and I got a few kind of reverb like crashes and pops and things when changing settings. I presume that might be to do with the CPU. I'm hoping this won't be the case on my Air2.
thanks for the first impressions! I think I'll keep an eye on this ...
Have now tried it on my Air2 and I really like it. The different presets are great.
I had FM4 running into it. Also Ruis.
It sounds really high quality to my ear.
If you change any settings then it interrupts the reverb and sounds 'wrong' while you make the change - but I guess that's by design. Once you let go of the dials it sounds perfect again. Guess it's now really designed to be automated (other than maybe the wet/dry).
It's a nice thing though. And being an AU will likely make it my main reverb choice from now on just because it's easier to load and save its settings.
The one downside at the moment is that you can't access it's presets in ModStep. But you can in AUM.
@Matt_Fletcher_2000 ,
Presets access on next comfirmed Modstep update, coming soon..
I created a test pumping some Animoog into it:
Thanx @Matt_Fletcher_2000. So beautifully aerial, and so relaxing ! I had resisted so far (and I was so proud to resist !), but 24 hours later... I think I'll lay down arms, damn...
