There's a nice overview of Earhoof by @pantsofdeath at The Sound Test Room. Besides the functions covered, it works in Audiobus and IAA provided you open it first plus it can be triggered via MIDI.

    It currently doesn't have MIDI out, but you might want to contact the developer and request it. Here's a link to the manual for the app. It's one of those apps you can use immediately or can learn more about it and go quite a bit deeper in terms of what it can do.

    It's a great app, I should use it more. I agree that midi out would be very interesting to mess around with, hopefully it's on the horizon. That and Link too. I seem to remember that the midi sync worked really well.
