Blocs Wave, Melodic Metal Sound Pack Demo for iPad
This is very nice nice thing to see in Blocs Wave because it continues the break away from the normal kind of EDM based loops we see so often in apps like this.
But not forgetting that you can mix and match ALL the packs together for some brilliant hybrid music, cross Metal with Motown or Dub with Trap etc etc, then add your own recording or slice up another loop, adjust the tempo, change the key.

Yes, it's great that Novation are listening, and trying to include packs that aren't same old same old. Not being a metal head, I bought this for a couple of sounds which, as you say, can be mixed and matched with other stuff.

Nice! Love the demo, hopefully novation will include major keys in a future update. The palate of sounds is pretty, but very limited musically.
Does anyone here just sample the hell out of Blocs Wave using slices? I don't always create sample but it's good to know I have this massive library of source material that constantly grows. And again, kudos on the variety of packs! You have made the ideal loop pack environment. As I'm sure you've heard, most people focus on edm crap in these things. The sound palette on offer here is quite imaginative. @Launchpadforios may I ask how you guys go about generating the material?

The fact the you also record straight into BW and also import your own samples makes the a really powerful tool to have

I think once you get into 'flattening' all Frankernsteinian fears will recede. And hey, there's a coup going on in Turkey tonight, so, perspective and all.
