Is there a looper pedal that can transfer files to an iPad?

I love my Ditto looper, but having to use a Mac and a USB cable to get the saved loops off it is a pain. Is there any pedal that has Bluetooth or similar for wireless transfer of files? Kind of like TC Electronics' new Wiretap, but also a looper?

Have you thought of using the iPad directly with Loopy and a BlueBoard? I can't advise how well it works, never having tried it. Just a thought.

  • Loopy with a foot controller is heavenly.

  • Loopy is also great, but I have to set it up, whereas my guitar is pretty much always running through my Ditto.

  • I am interested in this idea also, and was looking at the Boss RC3, and the Digitech Jamman. digitech jam man solo takes SD cards apparently, maybe use these with a card reader for the iPad?
Would really like to hear from anyone who has got this working. Is the Blueboard one of the Keith Mc products, like the softstep?

  • The iPad card reader only works for photos and videos.

  • Blueboard is IK Multimedia.
