Which EQ do you prefer?
I own zMors, very good. What do you use more for EQ in you workflow?

Remaster
Pro-Q in Auria.
Yes.
But on small and quick fiddle abouts I like SilQ.
Eq a mouse — Wa Do Dem
ProQ/ProQ2. Also, the PSP built-in parametric EQ in Auria's channel strips is very powerful, and very light on the CPU.
Eek a mouse - Wa Do Dem. Thanks, I missed it
Not tried SILQ equalizer yet, no recommendation for it?
Yep, mentioned it upthread. I find it very easy, visual and straight to the point.
SILQ +1

Right here.
Easy buy.
Love it.
Mostly AUM built ins these days.
+1 Remaster
I use Pro Q2 in Auria, then run my mixdowns through Remaster for some stereo widening, then back to Pro Q2 in Auria for mastering.
I've also used Remaster as an AU in AUM, and as soon as I can get around to it, plan to use SilQ to sculpt my guitar tones en route to my DAW/output.
ProQ2. Love the mid/side eq options
I don't know what the hell I'm doing with ProQ2 but it makes things sound like nothing else.
If ProQ2 were freed from Auria-land, it would probably be my choice. It's my favorite desktop EQ.
I have silQ. I highly recommend it. I wish they had a iPhone and desktop version. by far my favorite eq out there.
Also zMors eq app is pretty awesome, especially on iPhone.
I Love the PSP channel strip in Auria and the Pro Q
Soooooo not a bad ideal. They should make a suite but let those that have purchased in Auria get it free
Youtube it. Great how to videos sir
Thanks my friend. I just have this suspicion you used to sit towards the front of the class at school. Unfortunately I was one of the thick fools who thought it was cool not to pay attention. Must. Do. Better. Thanks again
Lol oh no sir I was the one who got you not to pay attention in the first place lol. Im a geek for Music and Tech and I love to help those see that Mobile Musicians can accomplish there goals. Check out my youtube channel sir. Might find somethings helpful
No-EQ Crew checking in. Our mixes sound like shit but we're all gonna die anyway.
Deth by EQ.
My new band name.
OMG LOL
"deth-b-Q" perhaps? Like bar-b-q but not so sticky.
my homage to the OP:
Practically speaking, AUFX:PeakQ is what I go to most often; it is easy, simple, stable. And now that we have AUM, most of the simple, easy stuff can be done with the native effects. (which actually sound great)
Then I bought Pro-Q2 on sale and am ashamed to say I have barely touched it, I find it intimidating.
If this here lummox can use it, you can. Terrific bit of work, even for the stubby fingered...
