Yeah, weird. Amplifind connects through AB. It connects to Spotify fine. It sounds like it is connecting to YouTube fine, but no sound comes through AB for YouTube.
It must be some sort of restriction from the last update in may...
I'm not suprized, the copyright maffia strikes back in every corner of the Internet... Pity...
That is exactly what happened.
That is also why it is no longer on my devices. I have no use for it in that state.
Is there a way to restore an old version of an app? If the last time I synced to iTunes was before I update, can I restore that app without having to restore my entire iPad?
There are Creative Commons type of copyrights where people will create content, give it away free, and allow others to use it including for commercial purposes. To hound and harrow people who use this content in accord with the creator's wishes seem to be placing themselves into a situation where they restrict how content is used beyond the copyrights granted by the original copyright holder. They are in effect taking the moral high ground over the objections of the creator. As to slavery, how can someone be engaging in it when the actions of an alleged master are consistent with the expressed rights granted by the content creator? If anything, the high ground moralist is attempting to enslave both the content creator and content user within their religious doctrine.
Here is some information about how to get free music and sound effects on YouTube for use in your YouTube videos which you can also then monetize.
How can I hook up my iphone to my ipad to record? if i use a headphone jack with both ends male, and with 3 point contacts( left, right, and mic) ?
would this work? or is there a simlar way?
Here's a DIY circuit that's fairly easy and cheap to make which will give you the connection you seek. It's like a DIY iRig. The signal you get will only be mono as the 3.5mm input jack only takes mono in.
cool thanks
The Workflow app has a script that allows me to transfer YouTube audio into AudioShare with just a few taps.
I have this working, but, it's a four-ring-3,5 mm plugs you have to use...
I ripped Garageband Strings from my iPhone 6S to my iPad Pro that way...
But, it demands several plugin/plugout before Audioshare sees this connection...
Great!
I bought the app Workflow, but, I can't find that script...?
Can you help me with that?
Here is a script.
Thank's!
But, I can't figure out how to use it :-(
I have to read the manual before...
How much must this script be editing before it works between Youtube and Audioshare?
I appreciate this if it works.
i tried my peavy amkitLink guitar interface to send audio from my iphone, to my ipad for sampling. it must have some sort of filter in it, because i loose tons of audio quality, especially on the low end. what lind of interface can i use for something like this?
Yeah! Now it works !
Thank's a lot mate!!
Have you tried recording the audio samples on the iPhone and then transfering them over to the iPad with AirDrop. An audio USB interface would give you a clearer signal from your guitar than the Peavey Ampkit Link.
yeah that works good if i have a file to send. however, i am looking to have a simple set to record from any device with a headphone jack. I have some audio recorders, and mini synths that i would love to quickly sample from.
I think a USB audio interface would be the way to go since you could also capture stereo signals.
If mono input is okay, then I think the DIY link I posted above uses a passive circuit and the potentiometer allows you to eliminate noise and maximize the signal fairly well. I housed mine in an Altoid tin.
If your USB audio interface is plugged into wall power rather than being battery powered, it can frequently introduce electrical line noise into your signal flow. A CCK and a battery powered USB hub can resolve the line noise issues.
cool im gonna have to try that. mono should be ok. how is the sound quality?
The sound quality is surprisingly good. Basically you connect your DIY rig, headphones, and sound source together. While monitoring the source signal from the iOS recording app, turn on the sound source but don't play the sound with the potentiometer all the way open and then turn the knob to add resistance until you have eliminated the noise. This process will allow you to find the sweet spot for recording with it. In your recording app, you'd adjust the levels so you're not clipping the signal. When you create the DIY rig, make sure the circuit is well grounded to the case it's housed in and that your soldering technique is good.
When I do this I keep getting errors, either errors that say it can't convert text or just a blank white screen at the end. I think some videos must be protected. Don't want to discuss too much on here so that all functionality is stopped by Apple.
@mrufino1 the method has been available for quite some time so I don't know what actions have been taken by any parties, if any, with respect to trying to prevent the workflow from working.
You might increase your success rate by looking for Creative Commons videos where you can use it in your own work.
Yes, that's been fine, so if we're talking about that it does work.
In regards to functionality, Other apps that could do this had the functionality removed after having worked for a long time, so it's always possible
Yes, it seems to be that some videos are protected against this method...
But, surpringly, there's many many there's not! Even videos of Commercial character seems to be free to rip...
But, forget many of the top artist just now to rip...
Now there's a new update to Amplifind in the Appstore...
I just wonder if this will disable the option to rip Spotify thru Audiobus into Auria Pro (or several other nice DAW:s)...
In this moment I suggest that nobody install this update before we knowing more...
The Amplifind-team have always been quiet about what earlier update have been disabled (last time it was Youtube-ripping that got broken)...
Anytune and Beat time are the only 2 apps on my update list. The former lately started opening YouTube app and get stuck there so I had to uninstall YT other than that the old version works fine.
