How to rip audio from my videos! I have received a lot of questions from people asking me, if there are any apps that would allow downloading audio from YouTube videos?
The answer to that question is no. There aren’t any apps that would allow you to rip audio directly of YouTube. However there is a workaround using safari, Dropbox, AudioShare and the online mp3 converter site listentoyoutube.

I think you're talking about ripping from your iPad, because you can already do it on your computer with JDownloader;

@fjcblanco Yup on iOS. On YouTube the video has iOS in the title. I missed adding it to everywhere else I posted it.
You can actually rip the sound from Youtube with the app Workflow...
Doesn't work on every video out there, but, there's a lot that do...
It needs a script that you can download in another thread handling Youtube ripping...

This video reminded me of a 'Feature Request' I've had for AudioShare for ages but never managed to put into words...
Just as there is a 'Save to DropBox' action it would be nice to have a 'Save to AudioShare' action too

i would actually like to know those details as well. what is legal? how far do you have to manipulate a sample before it is legal to use( if that is even possible)? if you ise material from someones youtube video in your song, how are the compensated ie. royalties...etc? how does it all work man?
