Not great for country rock, pretty decent for noises coming at ya from different angles.
Lol well damn there go my Nashville dreams!
The extremely cluttered/complicated interfaces keep me away more than I would like.
(iPhone and mini2)
Maybe I just need to spend more time with them. I have had some good times with both.
Ok, good to know, that's a big reason I disliked Magellan. Wish there were test versions like pluggins on iOS sometimes.
I have borderlands granular, I know apples and oranges, but I load my own field samples into it, is it still worth getting the aforementioned 2 apps?
Scares the shit out of me to be fair. Opened up Sound again today and it's so patently full of all kinds of incredible but the last brain bits of my head just went nah and wandered off to smoke an invisible joint.
It's a great app, but with a rather steep learning curve. Anyway, it works incredibly well. I think it is one of the (not many indeed) apps that works at a level of desktop software.
I tend to use the slightly similar iDensity for this sort of thing, but I still love the app and get lost in it from time to time, and the dev is a star.
Fieldscaper is one of my favorite apps for fun. Almost impossible to not easily come up with interesting scapes for me.. And anything I put into it sounds more interesting coming out the other side. I like that the sound shaping can be anything I like from mild to wild no matter the source sound.
Ok so which apps can I use to record with the iPad mic and load the audio into idensity?
Never mind, I already have audio share
