Oh yep, I'd be all over that

  • Now that's what I'm talking about! Sweet sounds, elegant interface.

  • But, Rarrow

  • Looks like a perfect fit for iOS, I'd buy it.

    Sweet glitches ! Interest verified.

Dev's noisome 'Louis & Bebe Barron machine' is not half bad either ...

  • Ah, no wonder I couldn't find it on the App Store, it is spelled Rrarrow with four 'r's.

  • I'd hit that...

  • Doesn't that sound like Fieldscaper, though

  • there is Stria by Apesoft, which can to that and a million things more...
more easily and in a better way ;)

  • Got to say, I'm overloaded with apps that will get me these results. So I'm afraid no interest here.

    Another Stria fan here.
Nothing beats it at "those" kind of sounds.
    And it is versatile.

Also Stria update is being tested as we speak.

    Great news. Thanks!

  • That is an impressive bit of javascript right there, among other things. I would personally rather spend time figuring out Sunvox than in this more designy iteration, but it would certainly find an audience. Plus, the interface begs to be on a touchscreen. But then there's the barrage of feature requests certainly careening his way from you lot (me too).

It works on iPad Chrome already just fine, except that it doesn't recognize midi keyboards on that platform yet. Maybe a bluetooth keyboard would work?

Plus— all those illegible blocks. Couldn't they at least be somewhat illustrative of their purpose? Color coded, maybe? Maybe I'm too thick. His toy, though. Kudos to him.

  • Personally, and I know they're great apps from what I've heard, but the Apesoft app UIs just really turn me off. I know, it's some nitpicky bullshit on my part, but I can't help it. So from that perspective, this app looks like a breath of fresh air to me.

  • not nitpicky at all, personally I can't even relate to the concept of one instrument for all

    Like ants on candy.

  • It's a web app. Only thing blocking this from being on iOS is Safari being behind the times.

  • Pretty cool. Please tell the dev it's useless without AB and/or midi. (Cf. the otherwise cool Theremin app.)

  • Don't you kids have enough toys
