Your thoughts on Heavy Brass?
I've always been curious about this one, and now with the Crudebytes sale is a good time.
Doug did a very helpful video, but it was an advance peek, not the in-depth thing he often does.
John in MusicApp blog called the sounds "strident."
How does it compare to iFretless Brass, for example?
Comments
I used it on a few tracks and for me it was like having a nicely triggered sound library of funk horns. Strident works for me. I never got the sense it could be playable with too much nuance. Glad i have it and will likely use it again. Was super fun with dedalus.
Was super fun with dedalus.

Not sure why, but on my iPad Heavy Brass will not work with Dedakus. Individually, they're fine. But together, Dedalus seems to put HB to sleep.
Combo works fine under AUM, and as you say is a lot of fun. Great sounds from both apps.

Hmmm, now that you mention it there is a good chance to get Dedalus to work HB was prerecorded and playing back in AP or even Egoist.
Better than write is to show:
I have also a mellow bossa nova song I also used Heavy Brass with, but I cannot find the link.

Sounds really nice. Where did the guitar come from?
Guitars and bass were played live, @Nkersov!!!
P.S.: I didn't find the link for the Bossa Nova song I used heavy brass in, but here's another one that I used the app:
Anyone could find Midi learn othe app?
I miss hearing from @theconnactic. We comes and we goes. My turn someday, I’m sure.
