AmpliTube presets stopped working with Audiobus on a First Gen iPad Air 9.3.5

I downloaded Loopy partly because the Loop add-on in AmpliTube pales in comparison. Then i got Audiobus. Now AmpliTube suddenly stopped working. The (Fender) amp is on, but its controls knobs and the effects pedals don't do anything. Set up in Audiobus: Amplitude (imput) -- Loopy (output). AmpliTube won't even work now unless Loopy is open. What am I missing here? Is AmpliTube corrupted, or am I?
