What happened to Midi flow app??
I purchased AUM and I was told Midi flow is an essential app as well, however , it's no longer listed in the App Store, anyone know what happened?

It's there, search for midiflow, one word.
I'd hold off and see what happens with Audiobus 3. Not sure that midiflow is essential either, I use midi extensively and have never found myself needing it (or even knowing what it does.. is it like midibridge?)
Yes, it's like MB. In many ways more powerful. In all ways more pleasant.
For my setup, it's absolutely essential. Looking forward to seeing what's he's contributed to AB3, that's for sure.

Essential to me also, provide great success and happiness with midi tricks
That's very subjective and personally I find MidiBridge much easier to use.
I liked midibridge because it made me feel like a wizard.
What, uh, does it do, exactly? Do I need this? Would it prevent TF7 from falling out of Cubasis every ten minutes?
Of course. I mean, I'm totally right on this one but subjective indeed.
(IMO...) For the 'connect stuff to other stuff' use case, I'd agree that MB is much easier since it shows you everything available at once and offers a simple tap+tap interaction. For pretty much everything else, I find MF more intuitive.
Midiflow is the reason i got bluetooth midi to work. I love it
