Nice update - same UI as Softdrummer now.
audio export?
oh goodness me. definitely need to buy this now
can anyone who owns it confirm whether it has audiobus ?
It can indeed be used within Audiobus. This is a great update!
@LuisMartinez
Seems like there is an issue on iphone6 anyone else?
@Jakersjaw To solve it, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > View and activate Zoom
Excellent look and timely as promised the other day by Luis. Been waiting every since he mentioned it was about to happen.
Thanks @LuisMartinez
That'll do for a workaround until it's fixed.
Really nice update! Thanks!
Awesome Luis, I'll be buying FD and AAfro Cuban drummer this weekend....
@LuisMartinez Thank you Sir.
Multitrack export would make this series just perfect.
Purchased and love it.
@LuisMartinez could we please have multi outs in audiobus or IAA someday ? Would love to add effects on each layer someday. Or to record drum layers separately for processing in a daw later....
Did somebody say...Aafro cuban drummer?
Hola desde Valencia @LuisMartinez. Please give us a Bundle with all the packs and a better price if you can!
Anyone have a track they've created with this app? The drum sounds are nice in the promo video but I'm wondering how they sit in a mix "in the wild".
Maybe I'll make you something But I can tell you right now (and as mentioned on Doug's thread) I've just been running it through the DDMF reverb and it's enough to make me abandon work for the rest of the afternoon and just make some damn music.
@lukesleepwalker, "sits in the mix" nicely. Same with Soft Drummer. I programmed an arp in Poseidon and ran it with Soft Drummer without enabling Link. Pretty cool results blending styles. I love his apps. Well done @LuisMartinez!
Awesome update, but will there be a fix for the iPhone graphics? Zoom mode worked but I don't like it for the rest of the phone.
Functionality though? Amazing, this was a great app to begin with, now it is incredible.
Yeah, great update! On my SE there's no problem with graphics but I remember there were similar problems before on the iPhone 6 with pretty much all of his apps. I'm sure he can fix it again.
There seems to be near universal praise for this and Mr. Martinez's other drum apps. I am a satisfied DrumPerfect Pro user, although at times I do wish for a way to pump out a beat with a touch less, uh, "effort"' I guess, than is often required working with DPP.
I tried the lite version of Rock Drum Machine briefly, although I found that the limited functionality didn't allow me to really get a feel for the app. Are there drastic differences between say, Funk, Rock, and Soft Drummer? Is it primarily the drum sounds that differ? Surely one can program a "rockin'" beat with Funk Drummer, and vice versa?
Curious to try a Martinez app, but just a touch confused as to which one would suit me best, especially since much of my iOS music could possibly be categorized as "funky soft rock".
Well boys, it looks like we gents have got ourselves a real mans groove machine here. Tally ho!
Has anyone figured out the "Extra sounds for raters" from this release? Is there some way to see if they have been unlocked or not?
@Cliffy All the apps have their own sequencers, so yes you can make any of them do stylistically what you want them to do. So I'm guessing it's the sounds and maybe an algorithm for the "fills" that differ.
They are all brilliant and use round robin sampling (from what I read in another thread).
