Nice review, regarding 100% wet, I imagine the developer was intending it to be placed on an AUX send
Love this reverb.
Sounds nice will have to get both these eventually.
Ah well, probably not for me then
You wait....I'm sure we could give it a damn good try
Lol!

Brilliant
Bought this on the back of Sir Doug's review and put the newly updated Funk Drummer through it (as that was the first thing on the AUM list), played the first pattern that was on base and was damn amazed. Really creamy.
Use this and the DDMF EQ and you have serious background power, both these apps are the kind you don't really "want to hear" just experience, I mean you hear a mix and think wow that sounds great without knowing why
Is anyone using this on Air 1 or earlier? When I use it in Cubasis, I get so many crackles and audio dropouts that it seems to me it is not intended for this use.
Air 1 / latest
Both apps on the wish list. Hoping for a sale.
Have to say that it's these two that have me (for the first time really) pleased to hear that AP will get AU. People (no doubt rightly) often talk of the special sauce or the shimmer, I can actually hear it applying these...
have you tried it on Air 1 / Cubasis? I wonder if I just had some bad combinations of apps but all I hear is crackles. It's fine more lor less in AUM though
@nick I have an Air 1, but it hasn't come up for, erm, air since the Big Boy barged through the saloon doors...I'm also not a Cubaser (at this point; doesn't mean I'm not looking forward to see all the hard work Lars has been up to when the moment arrives ). I will try and drag it out later on and will report back.
This is the best reverb for iOS to date. IMHO (it's 2016, do we still have to keep saying that? Or can we finally trust others to know when a poster is expressing an opinion rather than asserting it as fact?)
@nick Ran up Sunrizer with both DDMF units, separately and together, and they worked perfectly on the Air1. Have at least 30 odd gigs free. Was making the CPU meter sweat a little, but recorded and played back fine...
@JohnnyGoodyear
Thanks for testing that! I get a lot of crackles even with just Cubasis' internal instruments. I hope it's one of those glitches that self corrects
... I will probably get he big boy soon, with that those kinds of problem will more or less disappear I imagine
@nick Not my business to enable (ha! as if...), but I have spent a lot more time blaming myself for being shit since Big Boy whereas before I used to spend time blaming the machinery. Hmmm. Maybe not such a good thing now I think about it ....Seriously though, while penniless, I haven't yet regretted the expenditure, only my delay in making it...
I have the feeling I may share your regrets soon
Envelope reverb meanwhile behaves much better. Must have been something in the Cubasis file that caused the crackles.
Now that it is working properly, I have to say It is a really nice reverb -- select a flute from iSymphonic and a large hall in Envelope Reverb and you almost feel like Paul Horn in the Taj Mahal!
Not sure that's a compliment. I once visited the Taj while 100 Indian schoolchildren were running around screaming. Now when I think of the Taj Mahal I only remember the ear-piercing acoustics
haha, yes I guess you have to play the flute after opening hours
