Copying from Audioshare to PC by wire [solved]
I want to back up my Audioshare recordings but can't find anything in iExplorer or iTunes file sharing.
Does anyone know how to achieve this?
Thanks,
Oscar

Ah, a bit of poking around inside the app itself gave me a solution. In case anyone searches for the answer to this in the future: You just move the items to transfer into the 'iTunes File Sharing' folder inside Audioshare then use that. Done!
Maybe a future version of AudioShare will include an SMB-Server creating a seamless integration with any desktop, Mac, Windows or Linux or even another iOS device
I'm using another app (iFiles 2) for other types of files and it can behave both as SMB-Server for transferring files to/from the laptop and it can also share the files using iOS-FileProvider so there is not even a need to dump the files in AudioShare since they are available to all apps that use 'iCloudDrive' technology.
I've not noticed any major speed differences with transfers over wifi (802.1ac) or usb-cable other than that sometimes the wifi is faster...
Not the same as a samba share but Audioshare can act as a wifi drive.
Yepp, but folders are a pain to transfer with the wifi drive
I've made it a habit to zip folders before moving them to other places...
