I'll give my first impression with one listen, for what it's worth.
I like it. From the beginning and through the middle the vibe is somewhat somber, yet ethereal. When the guitar comes in after 3:00 the vibe changes and becomes upbeat which carries on to the end.
It may be a bit long. You could probably tighten it up in the middle or add more variation. I personally would lose the effect at the end and just end the song cleanly.
