I'm only on 10.02 because my iPad came with it. I was really happy with iOS 9 so I didn't have any reason to update. I can't say I've been able to use 10.0 enough to tell if it has any issues.
I'm going for it. If it doesn't work out, I've got plenty of other stuff to keep me occupied while I wait for a fix.
