What's the new Miroslav pack? Is it a new IAP or an update of the original?

oh, actually three new IAP, an additional Miroslav and two percussion packs
no prices visible yet, but Miroslav 2 looks expensive, it is split into 5 individual sound packs

Sampletank needs decent brass/wind instruments. Most of the ones included are really bad, OK at most.
And the pop-up ads are back... Sigh. I actually launched the app specifically to purchase one of the Miroslav packs to reward them for having dropped the pop-ups... Zoink!
On further reflection, I just deleted every IK Multimedia app from my device. I respect folks who think this sort of response is an over-reaction, but it bothers me every time I launch one of their apps, and life is just too short. I've probably spent $150 on their stuff, but I also have alternatives for almost everything. Ensemble strings will have to be addressed, but I'm done worrying about their heavy-handed marketing.
Haven't updated but just realized ST2 background audio gets disabled in Audiobus. It only works if hosted inside Infinite Looper or AUM inside AB. Can someone test please?
Yesterday when I upgraded my Sampletank 2 I couldn't see the prizes of the new Miroslaw 2 soundpack...
This morning they show up - $150... Hmmm... just now I wait and see, It really getting serious with iOS, at least the prizepoint of several new apps and IAP...
iSymphonic looks like a better deal by the day....
I was able to play Sampletank via Chordpolypad with ST in the background. Background audio seemed fine for me.

I'm not entirely sure if it is a better deal. They are two very different things I think. I like iSymphonic, it sounds phantastic but it is mostly pre-layered orchestra sounds. After more than 150 € of IAP we have a huge list of combinations of instruments but still no solo violin, except on the app icon. But still, the app sounds great and is fun to use.
Miroslav on the other hand, you have a very orderly list of instruments in all kinds of different articulations. If the Miroslav 2 sounds are a real step up from the original Miroslav and you're using orchestral sounds in your music, then it might be worth getting, even in addition to iSymphonic. It's 50 € and will go on sale rather sooner than later. (I personally refuse to pay full price for software that greets me with ads when I open them)
Just tried it on an iPad 2 for 5 mins - seems to work fine. Didn't see any pop-ups. Miroslav Philharmonic is 25 AUD but I can't find Miroslav 2 in their store - I guess it's not for 32 bit devices. Hmm...
The individual parts of the MP collection are listed as $25 (5 parts in total) while the whole pack is $50. Do you think this reflects the 20% sale that the other packs seem to have? Sale ends soon....
Ok found the sale prices. Sadly didn't include the new collections, which is entirely understandable. Worth the$50???? Finger is itching

I try to see these ads as friendly reminders not to purchase anything at full price from them, to me these ads basically say "hey, remember this is NOT a premium app, and we do sales often". of course, it still sucks.

I thought that it was six different packs?
The information in the store is way to bad, in the text that describe the first Miroslav pack for $50 there's no clue what's included in that pack...

And, one more thing: Why can't IKM show us the size of the IAP packs before we buy it and discover that we have no room for an installation?

Thank you for the input and questions. The Miroslav 2 add-on library does contain everything, you do not need to purchase the packs below it. The total size is around 2.2GB. I've relayed the confusion and suggestions about these items to the team.

The SampleTank PRO upgrade is currently $31.99. My memory is that it was $40 when it came out.

Bought American acoustic pack and now I have only CPU overloud in Auria and Cubasis. I can't record anything with this pack. How do you work IK? Did you test your parks? iOS 10 iPad pro12.9
