My new song, "Gente"!
The name of the song, in Portuguese, means "People". I started it around a riff I programmed with Fab Filter Twin 2. The drum sounds are from Cubasis' Micrologue, the last thing I did with it before deleting Cubasis from the iPad. All the other synth parts were made with Twin 2. The guitars, both acoustic and electric, were recorded live in Auria, then processed with various FF effects and, in the case of the lead acoustic guitar theme, Overloud THM as well. I like the guitar part around 1:04 and also the part around 1:40 (rythm guitar and a voice synth of some kind?). Just a personal opinion but didn't care much for the drum/percussion beat. But good work overall.
Dimitri I loved that man! The main key sound with delay is so nice & I love the guitars. That skanky wah breakdown & the end guitar harmony were just so cool juxtaposed with the smooth electronic flavor of the track. Very cool...

Cool, how did you do the vocodery funk guitar, is that one of fab filter fx?
Love what my ears perceive as a faux Parisian street vibe. Guitars and vocoder effect very effective. Only element I didn't like so much was the electro drum, but even that grew on me by the end.
