iPAD Pro and MIDI
I've just bought an iPad Pro to deal with the heavier workload and processing power I have in AB and AUM. I'm having a huge issue with MIDI connection to external devices such as my MINILAB. It didn't work at first but then when I connected it yesterday it connected and recognises the device in all apps. This morning it doesn't work again! t thought it may be the camera connector adapter but it still works on my old iPad and the MINILAB connects to all my other devices.
Any ideas or links/ solution or links? I don't want to fork out for a more expensive MIDI device and then find out I have the same issue.

Powered hub?
The USB cable might well be the culprit here.
Thanks for the comments. Everything works fine with an old iPad (4th Gen) and I've tried two USB cables. I've also tried it through a powered hub which usually works with my Mac. The device lights up so there is power. It's just not being recognised in any of my apps iMIni, ISem, GB, Beatmaker.
I've tried it on the old iPad again and its all ok.
Are you using the latest CCK ? If so which one powered or not
The only thing I've found with the CCK is that it's sensitive to the order you plug things in. So for instance if you have your device connected to the CCK already and then connect it to the iPad, it might not work. Sometimes you need to connect the CCK first, give it a few seconds to register that it's charging, and then attach your peripherals. Might be worth a shot here, if that's not already how you do it.
Also I found old adaptors with 30pins to lighting doesn't work properly. Are you using one of these?
Thanks Chimp/ Dubby. My CCK is not an official one but it works with an old iPad. I didn't want to buy a new CCK but perhaps i'll have to.
That does sound like the most likely culprit.
Just as a footnote. Would anyone suggest something under £50 that would do a better job. If I'm gonna spend £30 on an official CCK it might be worth buying something with better MIDI functionality.
