Can only find the first two, but it looks like there are more. Any help here?

Mac Pro video (so far as I know) has a video for Model15/ios
I did a YouTube search and several walk through/reviews are available. Since Model 15 is a modular analog synth the many history of Moog or therory of analog synthesis sites online will go into details as to what does what & why, etc.
As long as you know a few basic patches (like those found in the 2 tutorials) you can then experiment away. What's so awesome about Model 15 is when you doubletap a cable or press & hold it the panels will show which jacks can accept that particular signal. Useful in case you're really new to it and try to put an output into another output, etc...
I am about the last guy you'd think would dig synths so much (being mainly singer/songwriter/musician-gutarist), buy this past year & a half since using iOS, with my main studio DAW through Auria Pro, I've learned so much and bought tons of synth apps. I hope you get hooked like I am or already are, the prices for virtual instruments on iOS almost mock you into purchasing them when compared to their desktop cousins...at least that's my excuse.
Not a tutorial, but might help:

I enjoyed this Shimanski Beats video
I tried to follow along, but at some point I must have messed up on the knob settings because I ended up with a crappy sounding patch. I'll have to start from scratch or I might ask the guy for the patch on FB, as he offers.
Sorry, should have been more specific, but specifically asking about "in-app" tutorials
No, I think JRSIV's advice is the right one. If you will, one has to spend some time studying analogue synthesis, then one can apply this knowledge to any form of synthesiser, be it hardware or an iPad app. It's the same. And the info is all around, you can easily spend a week watching and reading about the subject.
The good thing is, people today can do these studies very easily. Get the Model 15 app (if there is an iPad available) and patch away! No need to save money for years until you finally get hands on a modular. It's so much easier today, you beginners have it really better than the last generations.
I thought the OP was referring to the idea that Moog built model 15 with the ability for users to create tutorials. The first two were just examples. And then supposedly we were going to see more users make their own... and that leaves us with the question: where are they?
^ this + I thought there were more "moog-authored" ones
