  • @MAtrixplan it is in itunes file sharing (accessed via cable to usb on laptop). For windows you can also use syncios or ifunbox.

You can ‘Open in..’ from Files etc straight to iWavestation (make sure to backup your own banks before, since importing will write over them).
Once imported the banks can be saved in iWavestation (File menu > Export sound data).

Seems to work too but Korg should really update their apps with proper Files.app support. It's soon 2021.
I bugged then about this a few years ago when Files.app came with iOS11 or so...

    Definitely

  • When i select a syx file, there is no Open In.. option, only a Share option which does not list iwavestation as a target. Does anyone know how to do this?

You might need to check the More at the end of the icons in the Share menu, and also Edit Actions at the end of the Actions list.

Ive done that. No option for iwavestation.
Ive also added the syx file to iTunes using audioshare. That didnt show up, then created a folder called Documents, it still didnt show up.

Can you see if iwavestation has an option to import presets? If it does not, you might be out of luck.
