Help! Midiflow issue

I'm new to midiflow and am trying to do something relatively straightforward: map the pan cc from patterning to the pan cc within korg gadget. I've done this via remapping in midiflow and the numbers suggest this is working (see screenshot), but the incoming midi re
corded in gadget is the non remapped version: channel 1 cc10 (1st drum, level) instead of channel 4 cc36.
I'm sure I'm doing something very basic wrong but can't figure out what!
Would be great if someone could point me in the right direction, I emailed the dev a week ago but no reply so far.

  • In basic MIDI mode Gadget is promiscuous, i.e. it is listening to Patterning directly, thus buypassing MidiFlow. In Gadget Setting select Advanced MIDI mode. This then makes the MIDI button on each gadget's mixer view allow one to select port and channel, and turns off promiscuous mode.
